Employee Well-being Spotlights

Fostering a culture of well-being starts with people who intentionally weave healthy practices and perspectives into the rhythm of their workday—both for themselves and for those around them. To celebrate and learn from these efforts, Employee Health & Well-Being launched the Well-being Spotlight Series. Through these features, we shine a light on faculty and staff who model what it looks like to center well-being in their roles. Their experiences not only honor the impact they’re making but also offer real-life examples that can spark ideas and motivation for others seeking to bring more well-being into their own routines.
