The city of ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ and CU ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ jointly released a draft annexation agreement for CU ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ South that is the culmination of years of collaboration between the city, county, university and community to achieve vital flood protection for thousands of downstream ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ residents.
