Christy is currently pursuing her doctorate in Music Education at the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ with special interest in Ethnomusicology and music of East Asia. She received her Bachelors in Music Education at Lawrence University and Master of Music Education at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½. Christy has experience teaching music in the UK and the US and is an alumni of the Japanese Exchange and Teaching Program where she spent 2 years teaching English in Yamagata Prefecture.
